* E197: Cannot set language to "zh_CN.gb2312"
```

解决方法：
1. sudo apt-get install language-pack-zh-hans
2. sudo vim /etc/environment
    文件末尾添加：
    ```
    LANG="zh_CN.UTF-8"
    LANGUAGE="zh_CN:zh:en_US:en"
    ```
3. sudo vim /var/lib/locales/supported.d/local
    ```
    en_US.UTF-8 UTF-8
    zh_CN.UTF-8 UTF-8
    zh_CN.GBK GBK
    zh_CN GB2312
    ```
4. sudo locale-gen

* Taglist: Exuberant ctags (http://ctags.sf.net) not found in PATH. Plugin is not loaded.
解决方法：
sudo apt-get install ctags
